Week 5 — Identifying Mental Obstacles.

The key to freedom lies in the way we interact with our mind. When you understand the causes of suffering, you can approach life in a way that not only alleviates current suffering, but also helps to prevent future suffering.

Do the work. Make it real.

When you notice yourself suffering from a thought, pause & ask yourself, “Is there another way to look at this? How might a wise person view this situation?”
