Doula Services

“Just as your heart knows how & when to pump, your lungs to inhale, and your hand to pull back from fire, so your body knows when & how to give birth.”

— Virginia Diorio

What is a Doula?

As a Full Spectrum Doula, I serve as a resource for education, advocacy & support throughout the entire process of becoming a parent.

I also accompany families during labor to serve as an additional advocate for your expressed values & preferences for your birth. I draw on my profession training, education & personal history to provide tools & strategies for pain management, emotional support, physical comfort and serve to remind you of your options at each stage of the process.
