Suggested practice for the week:

Option 1 — When you notice an intense emotion, distracting physical sensation or disturbing thought arise, walk yourself through the S.I.B.A.M. exercise (Sensation, Imagery, Behavior, Affect, Meaning).

Option 2 — Listen for some of your conditioned, repetitive thoughts throughout the week
